Our namesakes are women who made their whiskey, their way. Esther Matson was a 22 year old from Denver; when she was caught bootlegging, they sentenced her to church every Sunday for two years. Lavinia Gilman was an 80 year old Montana woman who was caught and arrested for running a 300 gallon still.

We take that spirit (pun definitely intended) and create amazing experiences, your way.
