Our team of certified Stave & Thief Society Executive Bourbon Stewards are available for on-site private tastings within the Louisville area. This is the perfect option if you’re coming to town and want a high-end, custom and private way to experience bourbon culture! We can come to your AirBnB, your hotel conference room or your event space.

Pricing:

Up to 30 Guests: $550 for 3 hours (includes a travel fee); plus cost of supplies & spirits

Up to 50 Guests: $650 for 3 hours (includes a travel fee); plus cost of supplies & spirits

More than 50 guests: $750 for 2 Stewards for 3 hours (includes a travel fee); plus cost of supplies & spirits

Spirits Pricing: Depending on your location (ie: A hotel or conference center), there may already be a person responsible for ordering and procuring liquor. A mid-tier tasting for 30 - 50 guests will be ~$350 for all liquor and supplies (ice, water, cups, etc).

Travel Fees: $295 for up to 175 miles; $500 for 175+ miles. Please contact us directly if you have a tasting that would require our team to fly to you.

Our sister company, Trouble Bar, has a beverage team comprised of Executive Bourbon Stewards who has been working in mixology for more than a decade. This professional team has been teaching the staff at Trouble Bar since it opened, as well as hosting private cocktail class experiences for M&G guests. If you want to show your guests how to make the famous Old Fashioned, a classic Bourbon Manhattan or the fun and easy-to-drink Kentucky Mule, this is a great option for you!

Pricing:

Up to 30 Guests: $895 for 3 hours (includes a travel fee) & inclusive of all spirits + supplies

Up to 50 Guests: $1,250 for 3 hours (includes a travel fee) & inclusive of all spirits + supplies

More than 50 guests: $1,850 for 2 Stewards for 3 hours (includes a travel fee) & inclusive of all spirits + supplies

Travel Fee: This option is only available within Louisville or Lexington Metro only. Please reach out to us directly about fees for Cocktail Classes outside of Louisville or Lexington.
