This option is best if you: Have already booked your flights and hotels, but you’d like to hand off the actual itinerary and drive time planning to one of our pros. You’re either driving yourselves or prefer to travel without one of our guides.

Process: After receiving your booking request, our team will be in touch to set up your consultation via email or phone depending on your preference and will set up your 50% booking deposit. After your consultation, you’ll receive a link for your final payment. Then, they’ll send you your full itinerary package with tour times, links to book and your “Must Eat/Drink” recommendations. These are provided along with our travel tip guide in a handy PDF format that is accessible to print or simply follow on your mobile device.

How It Works:

This affordable option includes an email or phone consult with our Concierge Team who then build out an itinerary for you. Guests are responsible for all bookings and transport logistics.

Timing:

This option must be booked at least 3 weeks before arrival if traveling in a group of 6 or less, or at least 6 weeks in advance for groups larger than 6.

Tier 2

Full Services Planning & Booking

This option is best if you:

Have already booked your flights and hotels, but want to simply arrive to Kentucky and be ushered through each day and not be responsible for bookings.

Process:

After receiving your booking request, our team will be in touch to set up your consultation via email or phone depending on your preference and will set up your $250 Consultation Deposit which covers the fee of our Concierge making your first draft itinerary.

After your consultation, you’ll receive a draft travel package with transportation and distillery experience pricing. You will have 5 days to submit any changes or adjustments (which can oftentimes affect the price). Once you’ve paid for the final package, you will receive your own custom itinerary with tour times, your driver’s phone number and our “Must Eat/Drink” recommendations. These are provided along with our travel tip guide in a handy PDF format that is accessible to print or simply follow on your mobile device.

How It Works:

This option lets our Concierge team handle all the logistics of your trip. Guests will be responsible for monitoring their itinerary and staying on time for all arrivals. We work with some of the absolute best drivers in Kentucky (the same folks that drive celebrities and VIPS to Derby!), but this Tier does not include a guide to manage your timing and check-ins.

Timing:

This option must be booked at least 8 weeks before arrival if traveling in a group of 6 or less, or at least 10 weeks in advance for groups larger than 6.

Pricing:

For this option we suggest budgeting $1,200 per day for transportation and around $500 - $750 per day, per person for experiences. If you’re not interested in any private experience and just public tours, you should budget around $250 - $400 per day, per person. All pricing will be based on your itinerary package, costs of tours booked and costs of the transit option you select.

Tier 3

Guided Trip + Itinerary Booking

This option is best if you:

Want to arrive, hop in a car and not think about logistics at all. You’ll have a dedicated guide traveling with you through the duration of your touring days. Our guides are bourbon experts and obsessed with keeping you on-time for all of your experiences.

After receiving your booking request, our team will be in touch to set up your consultation via email or phone depending on your preference and will set up your $250 Consultation Deposit which covers the fee of our Concierge making your first draft itinerary.

After your consultation, you’ll receive a draft travel package with transportation and distillery experience pricing. Tier 4

Private Label Experiences

This option is best if you: Want to have private experiences at distilleries, be shuttled around by our guides and drivers and have the most high-end, once-in-a-lifetime experience possible. Envisioning private dinners at distilleries and private guided tastings into the back corners of distilleries that the public doesn’t get to see? Then M&G’s Private Label Experiences are for you.

Process: After receiving your booking request, our team will be in touch to set up your consultation via email or phone depending on your preference and will set up your $250 Consultation Deposit which covers the fee of our Concierge making your first draft itinerary along with hotel recommendations for our team to book. After your consultation, you’ll receive a draft travel package with transportation and private experience details. You will have 5 days to submit any changes or adjustments (which can oftentimes affect the price). Once you’ve paid for the final package, you will receive your own custom itinerary with tour times, your driver’s phone number, your guide’s phone number, lodging details and our travel tip guide in a handy PDF format.

This option lets our Concierge team handle all the logistics of your travel experience, thoughtfully planned private experiences and a dedicated guide who will lead your group through the experience.

Timing:

This option must be booked at least 10 weeks before arrival if traveling in a group of 6 or less, or at least 12 weeks in advance for groups larger than 6.

Pricing:

All pricing will be based on your itinerary package, costs of tours booked and costs of the transit option you select. For this option we suggest budgeting between $3,800 - $5,500 per person, per day for private experiences and transit, along with meals provided at the private experiences. This is our absolutely highest end offering, so budgets can range significantly.
